Orders may be securely placed through our internet shopping site using a Visa or Mastercard.
Orders are also accepted through mail order, fax requests or telephone orders. Office hours for telephone orders are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm central time.
Orders placed by mail may be paid by Visa or Mastercard, personal checks or money orders, all in US currency are accepted.
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Customers can expect to receive their order in 7-10 business days.
Orders placed through the website will receive automatic reply emails when the order is first viewed, once the credit card transaction has been successfully completed and again when the order is shipped. Please remember that your spam blocker may be set to block these automatic emails.
Orders under the total amount of $100 will ship through the US postal service with orders over $100 being shipped by UPS. International orders will ship US postal service.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you place your website order and will be listed when your order is completed.
Shipping amounts listed on orders are for US shipping only. International orders will be charged shipping according the US postal service rates. Canadian orders will usually be the same as US orders.
There is a 15% restocking fee on any item returned.
In the event that a Robert's Carburetor Repair product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Robert's Carburetor Repair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Robert's Carburetor Repair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Robert's Carburetor Repair shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
